  • In our slower season enjoy REDUCED RATES in effect mid October to mid April, $15 less than HIGH SEASON SHOWN BELOW, holidays excluded.

    Rates & Policies
  • Our high season, Apr.-15 - Oct. 15, rates start at $120 and go to $180 per night based on double occupancy [2 persons].
  • We have all smoke-free accommodations & a two night minimum stay.
  • Our San Juan unit @ $180 has a queen bed in a separate bedroom, queen sofa-bed, fireplace, full bath & lots of space. San Juan Suite.
  • Our Lighthouse unit @ $165 has a queen bed in a separate bedroom, queen sofa-bed & full bath off of the bedroom. Lighthouse Suite.
  • Our Beachpath, Bayview & Straitsview units @ $130 have a queen bed. 1 or 2 Persons only. Beachpath, Bayview & Straitsview.
  • Our Olympicview @ $120 has a double bed & double[BEST FOR KIDS] sofabed. Olympicview.
  • Additional persons are $15. LIMIT OF 4 PERSONS with the exception of our units @ $130 which are limited to 1 or 2 persons.

    The Cottages property is for the USE OF REGISTERED GUESTS EXCLUSIVELY.
    Sorry, we're unable to accommodate pets, ask for our local kennel recommendations.

  • Our check in time is 3 p.m., check out PROMPTLY at 11 a.m.
  • Your card number or check will hold your reservation.
  • We accept Visa, Master-card and Discover.

    Cancellation Policy
    We have a two week cancellation policy. Please call us if you must cancel!
    If we are unable to rebook your room, you will be charged for one night.

  • Our rates change seasonally. Contact us with the dates you're interested in.
  • Please book your massage when you're making your reservation!
  • We regret we're unable to accommodate pets.
